AION 2 Server Status: How to Check Regional Notices

Use official regional announcements and dated maintenance windows to assess a login problem without claiming a live outage.

Quick answer

Check notices for the service and world you are trying to enter. This research is a captured source review, not a live uptime feed, and it does not certify that AION 2 servers are online or down at the moment you read it.

Match the status report to your server

  • Global, Korea and Taiwan notices can describe different service states.
  • A game launcher outage and a single-world issue are different scopes.
  • An old maintenance notice is not evidence that its downtime is still in progress.
  • A fan status dashboard needs a clear timestamp, scope and collection method before it can support a current-status claim.

Check an announcement window

  1. Open the notice board linked by your official regional game page.
  2. Find the relevant maintenance, incident or access announcement and read its date and timezone.
  3. Check for a later completion, extension or correction notice.
  4. Compare the notice with your exact login stage and server name. If the evidence does not match, retain “status unknown” and contact support.

How to interpret what you find
EvidenceWhat it supportsWhat it does not establish
Dated scheduled maintenance noticeA planned window for specified serviceA current outage after that window
Matching completion noticePublisher reports work completeSuccessful login for every account
Community error reportsA symptom shared by some playersAn official cause or all-region outage
Your single login failureYour connection/account failed at that stepGlobal uptime

NC’s global FAQ confirms multiple server regions and a support route. Use that regional context to narrow a report before deciding whether to wait, retry or escalate.

Read a concrete maintenance notice

The captured weekly maintenance body specifies October 6, 2026 at 23:30 PDT / October 7 at 08:30 CEST, with 3 hours 30 minutes for game servers and 5 hours 30 minutes for Asia. It says login becomes unavailable and connected players are disconnected when work begins.

Announced October 7 window, converted from the notice
ScopeUTCShanghai time
StartOctober 7, 06:30 UTCOctober 7, 14:30
Non-Asia scheduled duration3h30; planned end 10:00 UTCPlanned end 18:00
Asia scheduled duration5h30; planned end 12:00 UTCPlanned end 20:00
Schedule evidence is not live status

The same record’s API publication timestamp is October 7 at 20:00 UTC while its update timestamp is October 6 and the body describes October 7’s earlier window. That chronology is inconsistent. Preserve the body schedule, check the official live board for a correction/completion notice, and do not treat the computed end as proof that servers reopened.

Do not confuse a paired PvP server with your home-world outage

The current server list names region, faction and world separately and distinguishes Launch from Advanced Access servers. Record those three fields when checking an incident. A server’s opposing-faction pairing can change and does not itself establish server health.

Source review

Publisher pages were checked on October 7, 2026. The dated evidence supports the instructions and comparisons here; no live client, login, installation, payment or reward delivery was tested. Older attributed reports retain their original dates.

What the check date means

The dated source records and this article’s wording were reviewed on October 7, 2026. “Last checked” means source and editorial review. No current game client, account, installation, purchase or reward delivery was independently tested. Older sources retain their original dates, service regions and version limits.
