AION 2 Twitch Drops: October Rewards and Account Linking
Follow the October 5–16 Global Drops milestones, link Steam or NC to the account you actually play, and check Twitch Inventory before changing account links.
NC’s Global launch Drops window is October 5–16, 2026. Link the account you actually play: Steam for Steam, NC/PURPLE for NC/PURPLE. The updated official linking guide warns against separately changing your NC website link to recover missing Drops because your existing character may become inaccessible.

Use the account you already play
- Open the official AION 2 Drops page and check the active campaign/channel eligibility in Twitch Inventory.
- If you play through Steam, choose the Steam account holding your character. If you play through NC/PURPLE, use that same NC account.
- Watch a participating stream and track progress for the correct launch campaign.
- Claim earned rewards in Twitch Drops Inventory within its displayed deadline.
- If claimed rewards are missing, record campaign, claimed time and linked identity for official Support; do not separately change the NC website link just to force delivery.
The October 2 linking guide is more specific than the older general FAQ’s Manage Login suggestion: Steam players should link Steam, and a separate NC website link change may disconnect the existing character account. The missing-character FAQ explains that character data does not move merely because Steam is linked elsewhere.

| Observed problem | Next check | Record |
|---|---|---|
| No watch progress | Participating channel, launch campaign and correct Twitch session | Channel/campaign progress |
| Progress complete, unclaimed | Twitch Inventory claim button and expiry | Claimed/unclaimed state |
| Claimed, no in-game item | Current linked playing account and official support | Claim time and non-secret account identity |
| Character missing after account changes | Stop changing links; use official FAQ 7240 | Original character account and service |
The official notice says to claim before October 30 at 23:59 PDT / October 31 at 07:59 CET. These are matching offsets: 06:59 UTC and 14:59 in Shanghai on October 31. Use the active Twitch Inventory deadline for the actual claim; watch-window dates and claim expiry are separate.
A publisher calendar and completed watch progress do not prove delivery into your character’s inventory. No reward was watched, claimed or received during this review; current channel eligibility and delivery remain personal checks.
Publisher pages were checked on October 7, 2026. The dated evidence supports the instructions and comparisons here; no live client, login, installation, payment or reward delivery was tested. Older attributed reports retain their original dates.
The dated source records and this article’s wording were reviewed on October 7, 2026. “Last checked” means source and editorial review. No current game client, account, installation, purchase or reward delivery was independently tested. Older sources retain their original dates, service regions and version limits.
