AION 2 Coupons and Launch Rewards: Redeem or Claim Mail
Redeem the published Global coupon, check its UTC deadline, and separate registration gifts, launch mail, Twitch Drops and purchased packs.
For NC’s published Global thank-you coupon, open Settings → Miscellaneous → Account → Enter Coupon, enter TAKEFLIGHTAION2 and confirm. It is announced once per account across all servers, ending October 14, 2026 at 06:00 UTC. Launch and registration gifts follow separate mail or code rules; no redemption was performed for this guide.
Redeem the announced Global coupon
- Log in to the Global service using the account that should receive the gift.
- Open Settings, Miscellaneous, Account and Enter Coupon. Type TAKEFLIGHTAION2 and choose Confirm.
- Check the client’s response and reward delivery. Keep the message and time if it fails; do not infer success from copying the code.
- Remember that using another server or character does not add another redemption for the same account.

What changed for pre-registration gifts
NC’s Global Launch Rewards notice extends the pre-registration and Steam wishlist gifts to accounts that log in during its reward period. Earlier signup is not stated as a requirement for these extended chests. The announcement supplies a Pagati plus one selectable pet, and a separate wishlist supply chest, automatically by mail.
The notice lists last login as December 1 at 23:30 PT and December 2 at 09:30 CEST; mail expiry is December 8 at 23:30 PT and December 9 at 09:30 CEST. CEST is a summer-time label and these printed times do not make one reliable December instant. Log in and claim well ahead of the dates; use the expiry shown in your actual mail.
The English special site separately describes two mounts: create an account by December 2 at 15:30 JST, then claim mail by December 9 at 15:30 JST, once per region. Keep these terms attached to that promotion rather than merging them with the Global chest table.
If the code or mail does not work
- Check the exact campaign, service, full code text and deadline; remove accidental copied spaces.
- Compare the error with prior redemption. Another server on the same account does not reset a once-per-account limit.
- If the coupon came from registration, use the official FAQ for that particular code. Its older wording says redemption begins after launch; do not assume a new gift needs the same earlier signup.
- For mail, confirm the account, region and character before selecting a reward. Record the mail’s actual expiry and any choice chest before consuming it.
- If login or service maintenance blocks the attempt, resolve that branch first. If the code itself is rejected, send the code name, error, service and time privately to NC support.
- Do not buy another pack, change account links or create extra accounts just to test a missing free gift.
